The geological route is mostly located along the Provincial Road of Nikiti – Sarti. It primarily includes sites of petrological interest, with the dominant element being the granite of Sithonia (its structural characteristics and its contact with rocks of the Serbian Macedonian mass), geomorphological structures, and landscapes. Thus, on the peninsula of Sithonia, where the mountain meets the sea, the traveler has the opportunity to combine geological observation with recreation on shores of infinite natural beauty.
It is an easy route that can be driven with a conventional car.
