The distance from the seaside location Skala Marion to Maries in the hinterland is approximately 12 km to the North-East. We are going to visit the Koumaria and Koupanada mines. Bear in mind that these sites can only be reached by travelling on an off-road vehicle, and that some walking activity is involved.
