The 9th geotrail involves beach rocks, wind-blown formations such as the aeolianites, the Hohlakia gorge, rare formations like the red clayey schists (“Ravdoucha rocks”), the gorge of the dead in Zakros, Vai palm forest and ancient Itanos.
